Where I deliver

Within 50 km of Santo Domingo Este, and I make the delivery myself.

I don't use couriers or carriers. That means the part doesn't get lost on the way, doesn't travel in a box with other things, and you can look at it and ask me anything you want when you receive it.

That area includes the Distrito Nacional and much of Greater Santo Domingo. If you're not sure whether your address is covered, ask me — I'll answer right away, with no obligation.

How long it takes

About 10 days from when you accept the quote and pay the first 50%.

The clock starts with the confirmation, not with the first message. A simple part may be ready sooner; a large one, or one in a material I have to order, may take longer — and if it's going to be late, I'll let you know. I won't leave you waiting without news.

How we arrange it

When the part is ready I write to you, and we agree on a day and time that suit you. I don't turn up unannounced.

If nobody is there on the agreed day, that's fine: we arrange it again. The part waits for you with me — it's yours and half paid for; it doesn't get lost and there's no extra charge for that.

What happens on delivery

When you receive the part you pay the remaining 50%.

Take your time looking at it in front of me. If something isn't as we agreed, that's the best moment to say so — much better than finding out at home three days later. What gets sorted out on the spot gets sorted out quickly.

Outside the delivery area

If you're more than 50 km away, write to me anyway. I don't promise anything in advance, but depending on where you are and what you need there may be a solution: meeting at a point in between, or finding an alternative together.

What I won't do is promise you a delivery I then can't make.

Collection

If you'd rather collect the part than have me bring it, that can be arranged. Write to me and we'll work it out.
